What your subscription will include:

  • A PDF file: This file will contain a 6-10 page letter (from me) on a topic that will empower you to take better care of yourself and cultivate lifestyle changes that lead to a less-anxious life. This is where you exclaim, "HELL YEAH!"

  • Topic-Tailored Actions: Within the letter you'll find clearly outlined examples of how to incorporate these changes into your day-to-day life. I'm not just giving you the information and wishing you well - I want you to feel better, so I'll share what's helped me feel better and other examples, too, since we're not all the same.

  • Monthly Mantra: A mantra is an intentional phrase we'll use to form a connection between you and the month's practice. Each letter will contain a mantra that's related to the featured topic - think of it as a seed you plant and nurture, so it can bloom.

  • Quote Graphic: A simple graphic of the monthly mantra will be included as its own page. You are free to print this and hang it in your home, so you'll have a tangible reminder of the month's practice. You can display for a day, a week, a month, a year, or however long feels good to you.

  • Phone Wallpapers: These will feature the monthly mantra and will serve as a reminder each time you check your phone. Several size options will be included, so you can select the one that works best with your device.

  • My Love: I know how isolating anxiety can be, so every piece of content I create will be done with love for you. I believe in you and I'll remind you of that often. I'm on your team.

"Thank you so much and thank you for all the time and effort you have put into this! Speaking from a 43-year-old 'veteran' of anxiety and depression I have seen and heard it all. But your information feels so new and fresh and most of all HELPFUL!" -Amy

You're just 1 minute away from taking the first step towards a less anxious life.

about the author:

Hey, I'm Ella - and I was born highly sensitive in a world that shames and demeans people who experience feelings the way I do. Maybe you've heard of it before - it's called Earth.

As a child, I was taught that feeling scared meant I was weak and that being upset easily made me annoying. I wasn't taught how to process my feelings, so I became anxious and angry. By the time I was in 3rd grade, I had my first panic attack. When I was 9, we took my brother to the E.R. for stitches while I thought I was having a heart attack. Both little hands pressed to my chest to assure my heart was still beating - I'll never forget when the E.R. doctor walked in, saw my brother bleeding on the bed, looked at me, and asked our mom, "Is she okay?" I was not having a heart attack, but I was not okay.

No one took this seriously until years later when, at the age of 19, I took my first psychology course in college and realized there were names for the feelings I felt. I was attending school full-time, serving as Editor-in-Chief of the campus newspaper, and working 20+ hours a week as a cashier. I used the little bit of money and energy I had left to put myself through therapy.

Almost 10 years have passed since then and I feel like a different woman now. I can't type that without tears flooding my eyes because I lived so much of my life believing I'd always feel anxious. I went from having constant panic attacks rolling throughout the day to rarely ever having them. And it's all because I learned how to take care of my sensitive system.

I want to help you do the same. I don't believe your sensitivity is a weakness - I see it as a super power and an inner light that brings empathy, kindness, and creativity to a world so desperately in need. And I want to show you how to take care of yourself so your anxiety will chill TF out for 5 seconds, so you can see it, too. I want to help you live in your light.

Ella has a B.A. in Psychology & Writing.

She thrives when she is helping others.
